Key responsibilities Ensure effective delivery of all the commercial requirements of the projectResponsible for controlling costs and ensuring budgets are achievedProvide accurate and informed reporting of the commercial performance of the projectManaging the preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages and assist in the preparation of interim and final valuationsAssist the Senior Contract Surveyor to coach and motivate surveyors on the project Specific Requirements Relevant Third level Degree10 years' experience preferably with a main contractorPrevious projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferredChartered or working towards chartershipExcellent interpersonal and communication skills required Package
