Salary: Starting at €50,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE €60,000)

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team and support a leading global social media platform in enhancing its client outreach and driving revenue growth. As a Sales and Digital Marketing Account Specialist, you will work closely with Client Account Managers to meet the advertising needs of clients in the German market, focusing on both performance-based and brand awareness campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to create effective marketing campaigns and assess their feasibility.
* Support pre-launch preparations and execution.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to Account Managers and clients.
* Innovate to achieve or exceed client advertising goals.
* Analyze data to extract actionable insights for campaign optimization.
* Prepare detailed reports for client meetings and presentations.
* Provide expert guidance and support to clients.
* Manage communications with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Assist clients in resolving any issues that arise.
* Represent team and client needs to management and other departments.
* Stay informed about industry trends to enhance digital marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in account management and marketing is essential.
* Sales experience is advantageous but not required.
* Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital marketing solutions.
* Fluency in both spoken and written German is mandatory.
* Proficient in MS Office and capable of using data sheets for analysis and insights.
* Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards from various data sources is preferred.
* Familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus.
* Excellent networking skills and ability to build strong relationships within the sales environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with clients and stakeholders.
* Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
