Temporary Human Resources Supervisor
Your new role involves supervising learning and development activities, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with trainers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate L&D activities, including internal and external events
* Maintain L&D management information and adhere to data protection policies
* Support the administration of external learning events and respond to queries
* Process invoices related to L&D and take forward actions following training
* Collate information for Assembly Questions, Freedom of Information, and Data Protection requests
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management or Learning and Development (or equivalent)
* At least two years' experience in a L&D role or providing administrative support for L&D services
* Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain policy and procedures
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
* Using Microsoft Office packages, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as HR Management Systems
Benefits:
* £18.05 per hour, equivalent to £34,732
* Hybrid working available
* Immediate start (estimated start date week commencing 10th February)
* Temporary role until 31/03/25 with possible extension
