Job Description:
A detail-oriented and efficient IT professional is required to provide support for IT Functions and operations at a basic level.
This role will assist with various duties in stock control, asset management & device lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support asset lifecycle processes, including software inventory tracking, compliance monitoring, and usage reporting.
* Maintain and optimize SAM tools to ensure accurate data for audits and vendor reporting.
* Collaborate across teams to manage software requests and resolve discrepancies.
* Produce clear, actionable reports to support decision-making.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in IT Functions and operations.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Experience in software asset management, asset inventory, and IT administration.
This is a 6-month contract initially, working Monday to Friday onsite in the IFSC Dublin 1.
