Account Based Marketing Manager, Europe (Remote – Based out of Ireland or Romania)
Company Overview: TXOne Networks provides OT-focused cybersecurity solutions specifically designed to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) from cyberattacks. We collaborate with top manufacturers and infrastructure operators to develop practical defense strategies that eliminate security vulnerabilities in industrial settings. ICS are complex ecosystems where legacy and next-generation devices work together to keep highly automated production processes moving. However, this complex infrastructure is easily exploitable. ICS vulnerabilities are being attacked in ever-increasing numbers and cyber-attacks are spreading rapidly, disrupting production, damaging assets, and putting lives at risk. TXOne Networks provides solutions to secure environments at both the endpoint and network level to protect operations against known and unknown threats.
Reporting Line: This role will report to the Marketing Director, Europe.
Job Responsibilities
The primary goal of this role is to achieve increased engagement, pipeline, and ultimately revenue within a specific set of strategic accounts. Your responsibilities include:
1. Develop, test and execute one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many campaigns on a predefined account list.
2. Infiltrate in all our vertical markets; account engagement is a key KPI.
3. Create and deploy customized ABM campaigns via email, digital advertising, direct mail, content syndication, micro sites, SEA, SEO, native advertising, etc.
4. Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Test, develop and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns to our targeted customers.
6. Define and drive campaign success through partnership with the sales team to ensure alignment on campaign messaging, tactics, goals, and strategy.
7. Create and deploy ABM tools for TXONE Europe in sync with the local marketing team.
8. Manage and optimize our Pardot-based marketing automation campaigns.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience demonstrated success in B2B marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing – preferably within an IT or SaaS environment.
2. Having worked with a leading ABM tool like Demandbase or 6th Sense, on a client or agency side.
3. Hands-on, can-do mentality.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
5. Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales processes.
6. Experience building, executing and managing ABM campaigns from A to Z.
7. Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
8. Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
9. Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote-first work environment.
