Our client, a leading insurance broker in Ireland, is seeking a Team Lead for their Personal Lines Client Services team in Galway.
This is a full-time, onsite role for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and the ability to lead a growing team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
As Team Lead, you will manage and motivate the Client Services team to ensure they work towards a customer-first approach, supporting the wider team in adapting to new digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include team management, setting performance goals, identifying training needs, and maintaining strong team morale.
You will also oversee operational management, ensuring timely completion of reports, updates, and adherence to capacity planning requirements.
Ensuring compliance standards are met and providing weekly reports on team activity and performance will be central to this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor, with at least 2 years of experience using Relay.
A CIP qualification is preferred, along with strong technical and product knowledge, leadership skills, and a can-do attitude.
The ability to prioritise workloads, manage unforeseen events, and embrace change is essential.
