Maynooth University seeks a Customer Support Advisor to provide IT assistance to students. The successful candidate will commence ASAP and work on-site for 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist students with IT-related queries within the IT Service Management system
* Fulfill SD processes, procedures, and escalation protocols
* Operate the IT Services Service Desk as required
* Troubleshoot standard university applications, devices, internet/Wi-Fi connections, and multifunction printing devices
* Maintain consumables for multifunction printing devices
Requirements:
* Flexibility to work varied shifts and duties
* Excellent customer care in a user-focused IT environment
* Teamwork skills as part of the Computing Assistant and IT Services team
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, web browsers, Adobe Reader, and other standard applications
* Printing, scanning, and internet/Wi-Fi knowledge
