As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of both technical and non-technical training programmes. You will work closely with departments across the organisation to assess training needs, create tailored content, and manage the entire learning lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Develop engaging course content and training programmes for both technical and non-technical staff.
2. Manage and enhance the use of our learning platform, Moodle, to support training initiatives.
3. Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and completion across the business.
4. Track and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes.
5. Provide expert advice on individual professional development plans, aligning them with business objectives.
6. Support general training requirements and contribute to the overall learning strategy.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and ensure continuous improvement of learning materials and methods.
