Job Title: Care Worker
Permanent, Part Time 15 hours/week
Location: Killeshin Residential Service, Sligo
About the Role:
To promote the development of independent living skills, and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported accommodation service, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Your Responsibilities:
* To collate assessment and intervention information for developing an individualised community support service.
* To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
* To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, and incorporates choice.
* To ensure delivery of a quality service by designing, implementing, and reviewing quality monitoring systems, providing personal assistance in all aspects of everyday living skills.
* To assist clients in the selection of their meal menu, cooking, and eating, promoting personal choice at all times.
* Assist with catering, cleaning, and general domestic duties in clients' homes.
* To ensure the privacy and confidentiality of clients at all times.
* To work within the stated policies and procedures of RehabCare.
Additional Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence and own means of transport.
* Third level graduate, Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
* Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland.
