Restaurant Lunch Service Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lunch Service Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant and coffee dock services.
In this part-time role, Monday to Friday 11am-3pm.
The Restaurant Lunch Service Supervisor will work each day with a team of 2 supervisors and 18 catering assistants to coordinate the full lunch service, ensuring excellent service flow and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure seamless operations.
Supervise and support the restaurant and coffee dock teams.
Monitor food quality and presentation.
Provide hands-on assistance to staff during service.
Ensure an efficient and exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in catering or hospitality supervision.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
A customer-focused approach with keen attention to detail.
Further Details Training and Uniform will be provided.
Pay will be in line with the Department of Health and Children.
