Job Description:
The Accounts/Credit Control Assistant will work in partnership with a Coleraine-based client, supporting their team in managing day-to-day credit and post-sale customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage up to 750 commercial accounts and 1,000 Direct Debit accounts
* Autonomously manage the whole customer relationship end-to-end, including query/dispute management and timely collection of due balances
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in B2B Credit Control environment
* 5 GCSEs with Maths & English A-C grades
* Excellent administrative and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proven track record in making commercially-minded credit decisions
* Prior experience visiting customers off-site is advantageous
* Membership of a professional body (ACP/ICM/IACP) is preferred
