Job Description:
We are seeking aQuality Control (QC) Technicianto join our team.
The QC Technician will be responsible forconducting continuous inspectionsof products, machines, and pre-packed goods to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Performregular quality checkson raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Inspect and monitormachinery to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify and report quality defects, non-conformances, or process deviationsand take appropriate corrective actions.
Work closely withsupervisors, production teams, and packersto maintain high-quality standards.
Guide packerson identifying common defects and ensuring correct packing procedures.
Liaise with other departmentsto resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Maintainaccurate documentationof inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Assist in conductinginternal audits and compliance checksas required.
Requirements:
Previous experience inquality controlor a similar role in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strongattention to detailand problem-solving skills.
Ability towork collaborativelywith different teams and communicate effectively.
Knowledge ofquality standards, inspection procedures, and safety regulations.
Basic proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting systems.
