Job Title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - 12 months contract
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical/Biomedical Engineer to lead the setup and optimization of new manufacturing lines for our Medical Device client. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing the efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end setup and optimization of new manufacturing lines for Medical devices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, IT, and Operations.
* Design and develop mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Train and support local teams on new manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience in the Med Tech industry.
* Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in setting up new manufacturing lines.
* Specialized knowledge in Medical devices.
* Hands-on experience with equipment setup and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
