About The Role
To assist the Accommodation Manager in ensuring quality standards are always documented and adhered to.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Ensure appropriate quality standards are always documented and adhered to and regularly reviewed.
* Promote good team relations in the department ensuring fairness and consistency in all dealings with team members.
* Adhere to all Human Resource Management procedures and develop these as required.
* Be aware of relevant competitor information and market changes and initiate changes to our services where appropriate.
* Draw up rosters on a weekly basis in line with business needs.
* Hold daily team briefings in the department to ensure effective communication.
* Ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the department.
* Ensure an appropriate and comprehensive customer feedback system is in operation and the results are reflected in services and training.
* Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of area of responsibility including equipment, furniture and fittings.
* Ensure effective stock control systems are in place in area of responsibility.
Skills/Experience:
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Must be organised and efficient.
* Flexibility and a proactive approach is a must in this role.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
