Post 1895 Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Nursing Department Full Time Permanent DOlier Street, Dublin 2 The IBTS is currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Clinical Nurse Manager 2 based in the Nursing Department, DOlier Street, Dublin 2.
The primary role of the Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM II) on the DOlier Street Blood Donation clinic is to lead, manage and co-ordinate the team to ensure an efficient, effective, and safe collection process and an excellent service to donors.
The CNM2 is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of the DOlier street team.
The DOlier Street Blood Donation Clinic is located at Dublin city centre and operated Monday to Friday Essential Criteria: To be registered with NMBI (live register) in any division Have at least 5 years post registration experience two of which must be in relevant clinical practice within the last 3 years Previous management experience Evidence of recent (last 12 months) continuous professional development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate attention to detail Able to work flexible hours to meet service demands.
Willing to work away from base when required The salary scale attached to the post is the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 scale €55,661 to €75,389 (incl.
LSI) pro rata per annum.
Entry point onto the salary scale is dependent upon relevant experience.
