The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Cappagh, in Dublin. Key responsibilities include:
* Organising and completing administrative tasks to support logistics operations
* Ordering and receiving goods, issuing goods in a controlled manner, and satisfying client and staff requirements
* Arranging delivery/collection services for patient equipment before and after repairs
* Loading stock in designated areas
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Excellent attention to detail, methodical approach, and telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). We offer a competitive salary of €27,000, along with a benefits package, including healthcare and pension.
