Job Title: IOI Assurance Technical Learning Coordinator
Summary of the Position: EY is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Talent & Organisation Development Team as an IOI Assurance Technical Learning Coordinator. This entry-level role is designed to support the planning for and deployment of the technical assurance learning curriculum within the FS & UKI businesses. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture, leveraging EY's global scale and technological resources to facilitate personal and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the execution of Learning course deployment plans, including monitoring participant nominations, attendances and managing cancellations.
2. Support the Learning course deployment by managing remediations in conjunction with Resourcing team.
3. Respond to course-related queries in the Talent Development mailbox.
4. Ensure that the SharePoint site content is up to date.
5. Support virtual learning efforts, including assisting with webcasts and participant engagement strategies.
6. Support face to face learning events by attending in person to ensure the smooth running of the event.
7. Assist with venue and accommodation bookings for residential courses for specific groups.
8. Support compliance reporting by ensuring the accurate pulling together of the report on a monthly basis and following up with those that are non-compliant.
9. Collaborate with other teams such as the wider Talent Development team, LMS Support Team, Resourcing and UK colleagues where required.
10. Support the learning assignment process for new hires and promotes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
2. Basic IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. An ability to work independently.
5. Clear and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1. Any administrative experience or familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SharePoint is beneficial.
2. A proactive approach to driving change and improvement.
3. A strong team spirit and energetic approach to service excellence.
Experience Requirements:
1. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and contribute to team success is essential.
Reporting Structure:
The IOI Assurance Technical Learning Coordinator will report to the Assurance Learning Lead and will receive regular supervision and support from another Assurance Technical Learning Co-Ordinator and the wider Talent & Organisational Development Team.
