The role will support the FP&A team in developing the successful design & implementation of FP&A changes to align with Flutter’s finance vision, organisational goals and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisWork with FP&A team and wider Project team to document FP&A requirements for Chart of Accounts.Support design sessions for new systems, including data transfers and reconciliations.Contribute to the planning and execution of EPM testing.Work with the FP&A team to ensure the revised/new process controls are fully documented.Liaise with business teams on the roll-out/adoption of new data models and processesSupport the Change Management TasksManage and track status of requirements throughout project lifecycles.Project ManagementEnsure that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.Prepare reports and presentations, for senior leadership to track progress and milestones in the transformation journey.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in Finance or pursuing an accountancy qualification.Bachelor's degree in a Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management or other relevant area.Knowledge of financial systems, functions and processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting)Previous experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes (e.g., finance transformation, digital transformation) is an advantage.Key SkillsStrong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Demonstrates the ability to drive results and deliver objectives via influence, effectively navigating stakeholders without direct authorityCollaborative and growth mindset: you will be able to work successfully with key stakeholders to create joint expectations and deliverables; striving positive results and engaging others in the journey.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to the broader team.Detail Orientated: you will excel at thorough and accurate work, with ability to provide timely updates.Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, word); familiarity with Oracle ERP is a plus.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, transforming environment.
