FP&A Analyst Dublin Based in Dublin and reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multi-national (re)insurance group with a strong local presence.
The Corporate FP&A Analyst will play a key role in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for four global segments while also supporting wider corporate initiatives and projects.
Were looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and ideally some stakeholder management experience.

This is a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities Act as a finance business partner supporting expense analysis across four global teams Analyse General & Administrative (G&A) expenses, monitor trends, and investigate variances Collaborate with finance teams in multiple locations and support the monthly cost allocation process Prepare monthly and quarterly expense reports for senior management, with insights and commentary Contribute to continuous improvement in FP&A reporting using tools like IBM Planning Analytics and Power BI Support wider group finance queries and projects, including investment, treasury, tax planning, and KPIs (e.g.
RoE, BVPS) .
Skills & Experience Background in insurance/reinsurane Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience in FP&A, ideally with a focus on expense planning and reporting Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with global service company structures is a plus Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and distilling complex data into key message Skills: aca Financial Planning acca
