Developing and delivering training & coaching to your sales team and supporting them in achieving excellent performance in their roleDrive overall sales quality improvements within Direct Sales by setting the benchmark in your daily sales training and providing leadershipMotivating & leading your field sales teamSetting goals, targets and incentives for the sales teamsBeing a brand ambassadorWorking alongside the recruitment team to hire top talent into your team
