Position: Site Manager
Location: Monaghan Town
Salary: up to €66,000
Blackfox Solutions are delighted to be working with a leading Construction and Civil Engineering company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new residential project in Monaghan Town. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in site management, ensuring efficient project delivery and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and workmanship.
2. Manage the site’s short-term construction schedule to optimise efficiency and adherence to timelines.
3. Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on-site.
4. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, team members, and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
5. Ensure project completion to a high specification, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments.
6. Handle all project documentation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent (preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.
3. Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
4. Full driving license and relevant site certifications required.
