Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Full-time post, 9-month contract, 37 hours per week, reporting to the Clinical Director.
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist for our Dublin site.
About the Role
* Conducting assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
* Providing therapy sessions to clients, both one-on-one and in group settings, using evidence-based techniques.
* Collaborating with families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care.
* Liaising with the multidisciplinary team and reporting cases to the Clinical Director.
* Documenting all assessments, diagnoses, treatment / intervention plans, clinical notes, and managing all caseloads.
* Providing clinical leadership in the day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
* Registered with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist in Ireland.
* Dysphagia qualification to accredited level by IASLT.
* Clinical proficiency in the assessment and treatment of adults with acquired communication and Dysphagia.
* Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to the role.
