The Group Reservations and Revenue Manager position at Clare Tourism offers a unique opportunity for an individual to contribute significantly to the company's mission of providing a World Class Visitor Experience.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Shared Services, the successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management to develop strategies and implement processes that drive revenue growth and optimize reservations management.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing a bespoke booking and reservations system
* Supporting and monitoring the reservations departments at Clare Tourism
* Working closely with senior management to develop rate strategies
* Producing weekly yield and monthly revenue reports
* Utilizing rate comparison reports to identify pricing opportunities
* Managing the development and understanding of the trade and booking system
* Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in yield/revenue management/reservations, with at least 5 years of management experience. They will possess a Diploma/Degree in a related field, excellent analytical and commercial skills, and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
This is a full-time permanent contract position, operating primarily from the Shared Services Office in Ennis, with travel to other tourism sites as required. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering a world class visitor experience.
