Join Our Team Were Hiring Customer Relations Advisors (Credit Control) We are expanding and currently looking to recruit a Customer Relations Advisor to join our Credit Control team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am 5pm, and Friday 8am 3.30pm.

Your Role & Impact As a Customer Relations Advisor within Credit Control, you will play a key role in our team, reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts through regular follow-ups.
Resolve any issues or disputes related to invoices and payments.
Monitor and investigate outstanding balances and follow up with customers.
Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
Address customer queries comprehensively, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong customer relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in Credit Control is preferrable but not essential.
This is an entry level position, with full training and support provided.
Strong Attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
High level of professionalism, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service.
A proactive and positive mindset, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
Strong CRM proficiency with experience in customer account management.
Adaptable and able to make an immediate impact.
