Construction Project Manager (Pharma Project, North Cork)
An experienced Construction Project Manager is required to lead a Pharmaceutical Project in North Cork.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the entire construction process for a large-scale pharma project from pre-construction through to completion.
* Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Collaborate with senior management, subcontractors, clients, and design teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
* Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards on-site.
* Manage project budgets, track costs, and handle procurement of materials and subcontractors.
* Overssee the project team and ensure all project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site managers, engineers, and other on-site personnel.
* Maintain thorough documentation and reports to keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally with experience in the pharma or industrial sectors but not essential.
* Strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
