Your Role
In this role, you will perform calibration functions on manufacturing, testing, and measuring equipment, ensuring the accuracy of our measurement and process equipment and subsequent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Calibration Services: Perform calibration and adjustment procedures on various measurement instruments used to measure pressure, temperature, humidity, flow, mass, and other devices.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calibration activities, including calibration certificates, calibration procedures, test results, and equipment history.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with measurement equipment, both mechanical and electronic, and implement corrective actions to ensure proper functionality.
* Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure that calibrated instruments meet established specifications and standards.
* Testing and Validation: Perform testing and validation of new equipment and instruments to ensure they meet required standards before being put into service.
* Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to address calibration-related issues and provide technical support.
Requirements
* A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering/Science.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a calibration role in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
