As a HR Business Partner, you will function as a consultant to management on strategic planning, managing and overseeing the HR agenda in specific Business Units, identifying and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals, and assisting with change management processes. The HR Business Partner ensures that the organization's human resources needs are properly aligned with both the business unit and organization's overall strategic goals. This role is critical in ensuring that the company's HR practices are effective, fair, and in compliance with relevant regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures to support the delivery of the key business objectivesDeliver comprehensive HR service to the business, act as the point of contact for the employees and managers in the EMEA regionDrive the recruitment, retention and development of key talent across the businessNurture a collaborative culture and positive working environment to drive continuous improvement while striving for excellence.Develop and maintain competitive salary and benefit programsEnsure legal and regulatory compliance in all human resource functions including but not limited to benefits, employee relations and recruitmentCollaborate with internal departments, including Finance, Global HR and L&D on employee development and changesManage and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with senior managersYour profileA proven track record of at least 3 years in a HR Business Partner role working with teams in Ireland and EMEASkilled in communication, you bring clarity, strengthen connections among colleagues, and cultivate a culture of collaboration.You are based in Limerick and have a fluent command of English.
