Project Manager - Contract - Ireland

This is your opportunity to work for a high quality electrical contracting services, specialising in many sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences and Airports. Our client are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin but with up to 3 days a week travelling to Europe.
Responsibilities include:
1. Project preparation: Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication.
2. Inclusion on technical discussions & submittals.
3. Coordinating with Customers/Clients and design teams.
4. Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including managing & communicating with subcontractors and vendors about any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
5. Ensuring site records for all labour, plant, materials, staff are maintained.
6. Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
7. Progress report to be maintained weekly; report on and manage any changes/variations.
8. Identify and track project risks.
9. Completing and reviewing all project paperwork.
10. Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety.
Skills required:
11. Electrical / Construction Industry Background & Vast Experience.
12. Experience Managing teams of trades staff.
13. Strong Communication Skills.
14. Accurate, attention to detail and a methodical nature.
15. Excellent knowledge of the Construction Industry, Electrical installs, policies and regulations.
16. Must speak fluent English.
17. Experience in Data Centres.
