Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Consultant, Global Pricing and Access position’s responsibilities include delivering client consultancy projects and managing project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight, while enriching them with tailored insight and custom research. The Consultant will ensure that client projects are delivered to schedule, while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.
As a consultant, you will support research and lead analysis focused on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTAs, and more! Applicants should be experienced in leading and facilitating client analyses, identifying client needs & problems, implementing robust data-driven solutions, and managing their team’s workload to complete client deliverables.
The role is home office based, ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain and the job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our consultants are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of the project team. These results are achieved by:
* Supporting the design, development and delivery of client analyses & deliverables.
* Supporting the development of client reports and presentations and delivery of findings to client. Consults also provide follow-up with clients after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
* Leveraging business experience and acumen to identify strategic alternatives and project approach to answer client questions.
* Supporting the development of intellectual property for use in future engagements.
* Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training.
* High attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English.
* Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, able to present information in compelling and creative ways.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
* Travel: 25%, US + International
* Hours: minimum of 40 hours per week

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* B.S./B.A in relevant field of study required.
* 0-2 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience required.
* A demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects.
* Demonstrates self-awareness and accountability.
* Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Ability to establish credibility in front of service clients.
* Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the issues clients face in specific segments of responsibility.
* Working knowledge of the market research development process.
* Quantitative and qualitative market research skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Ability to utilize large amounts of data and other types of information from multiple sources to complete a final analysis and make recommendations.
* Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH).
* Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting would be a plus.
* 1+ years of management consulting experience.
