About Us
We're National Broadband Ireland and we're delivering the largest telecommunications project that Ireland has ever seen. We're designing, building and operating Ireland's new, high-speed wholesale broadband network under the National Broadband Plan. Our aim is to radically transform the country's broadband landscape through the delivery of quality, affordable high-speed broadband to all parts of Ireland where such services are not available commercially.
The NBI™ network using a combination of State subsidy and commercial investment will deliver high-speed broadband to over 1.1 million people and over 569,000 premises in Ireland. No matter how remote or rural, no town, village or community will be left behind. NBI will be responsible for the management of the new national broadband network for the next 25 years.

Key Objectives / Accountabilities:
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, CX and Insights you will be the driver of campaign insight within the team and the wider business. Within your role you will develop a deep understanding of the effectiveness of our demand stimulation and comms activities and the impact they have on revenue from sales.
Working closely with the wider Marketing team you will use insight to communicate a critical analysis of performance to make informed recommendations on opportunities to tweak our strategy, to drive further growth in sales. You will plan, execute and measure various activities and innovate on same to find the right formula for maximum impact.
Key Deliverables
1. Working closely with the Marketing team and Creative, Research and Media agencies, analyse and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
2. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualisation dashboards, including the management of an existing suite of dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
3. Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimisation purposes.
4. Work with creative and marketing teams and agencies to test strategies and innovation that will boost revenue.
5. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
6. Manage the marketing team budget to ensure efficiency of spend, with support from the wider marketing team.
7. With support from our research agency, lead on all research activities including; Marketing Mix Modelling (Econometrics), National Omnibus, Regional (Intervention Area) survey, Focus Groups, NPS, Brand Tracking, and all Stakeholder Surveys.
8. Build weekly and monthly reports to communicate the return on investment from marketing activities and provide a critical analysis based on the activities objectives and the committed KPIs of the team and business. This will include analysis sales performance across the country and reporting on trends by county and Deployment Area.
9. Support the wider team in the execution of the Communications, Demand Stimulation and Brand Plan (CDB Plan).
10. Lead on innovative activities to drive additional demand for sales in select locations and measurement the impact of each, so that you can inform the business on the best mix of marketing activities to provide the greatest impact.
11. Act as a key point of contact with counterparts within the Commercial, Product and Operations teams to ensure that you stay on the pulse for emerging changes including continuous improvement initiatives, operational changes and new product offerings.
Knowledge & Experience:
12. Have 3-5 years Marketing / Analytics / Research experience either in-house or agency.
13. Qualified to degree or masters level in Marketing, or a Business-related subject.
14. Be capable of demonstrating a thorough understanding of key performance metrics on various channels.
15. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
16. Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
17. Be able to juggle between multiple projects, have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and be adaptable and focused.
