Job Summary:
* Promote and sell Dentsply Sirona's dental products and services to dental practices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent dental industry experience.
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
* Strong understanding of dental products and services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in dental sales or a related field.
* Familiarity with dental practice management and operations.
