About the Role
We are seeking a Trust & Safety Operations Manager with 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations management, and/or global program management.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Trust & Safety team, working to reduce risk and fight abuse across all our products. They will protect users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and document repeatable content, such as best practices, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code, to improve business efficiency.
* Analyze partner insights and participate in business reviews to formulate and execute partner strategies that adopt our client's technologies.
* Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
* Develop solutions based on defined user/partner/client objectives and technical requirements.
* Identify trends in solution issues and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate future risks.
* C Customize or develop solutions based on business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* Define long-term solution strategies with cross-functional teams and influence product features and solution direction.
* Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot or develop optimal solutions.
Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in operations management, and/or program/project management.
* Trust & Safety exposure/experience.
* Experience using data to provide solutions and recommendations.
