We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Specialist to join our team based at our onsite facility in Co. Longford. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:
* HR:
o New Employee Induction
o Employee Contracts
o Handbook
o Safety Statement
o Employee Forms
o Dealing with employee issues and conflicts
o Investigation & Disciplinary processes
o Maintaining HR System and process
* Pension Management:
o Weekly payroll for 55 employees
o Assisting accounts with month-end General Administration duties
* Recruitment & Hiring:
o Preparing Job Descriptions
o Screening and shortlisting candidates
o Interview process
o Compiling references
o Preparing the offer of employment
* Training and Development:
o Maintaining Training Matrix using software Boxcore
o Organising training sessions as needed
Requirements:
* HR Degree or CIPD Qualification
* Minimum 2 years of HR/Payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary:
€45,000 - €60,000 per annum
