Analog Devices is seeking a Vulnerability Management Sr. Analyst who will be instrumental in protecting the company’s digital assets to join our dynamic Security Posture Management team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the organization's security posture, ensuring effective security controls. The ideal candidate will oversee the identification, triage, and remediation of security vulnerabilities, and report on the effectiveness of the program to relevant stakeholders.
What You Can Expect
* Continuously assess and improve the organization's security posture by identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risk, and proposing mitigation strategies.
* Enhance the vulnerability management processes in accordance with ADI Vulnerability management policy and standards.
* Identify and assess security vulnerabilities across applications, systems, network, and infrastructure, both within ADI's internal environment and its external exposure, to detect potential threats and weaknesses.
* Set clear vulnerability management targets and objectives to ensure timely identification, assessment, and remediation of security risks.
* Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to prioritize vulnerability remediation efforts based on risk and business impact.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on vulnerability findings, remediation progress, and program effectiveness to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
* Provide technical expertise on vulnerability management best practices to enhance ADI security posture.
* Stay abreast of the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance Analog Devices' security posture.
* Investigate and validate reported vulnerabilities from internal and external sources in prioritizing vulnerabilities impacting ADI.
* Generate reports and metrics for management on vulnerability assessment findings, progress, and trends.
What We're Looking For:
* In-depth knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.
* Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Nessus, Tenable SC, Tenable VM Cloud, Wiz, and Axonius ASM.
* Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs related to vulnerability management (e.g., vulnerability remediation timelines, risk reduction effectiveness).
* Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing vulnerability data across various platforms.
* Fundamental understanding of Operating Systems and related network protocols – Windows, Linux, and Cloud.
* Ability to apply a risk-based approach while working on assigned responsibilities.
* Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple requests and clearly communicate the priorities to the team and management.
* Proven experience in security posture management and vulnerability management in a complex, multi-faceted IT environment.
* Strong knowledge of the vulnerability management lifecycle, including risk assessment, remediation, and metrics reporting.
* Direct experience with tools and platforms used in security posture management, vulnerability scanning, and remediation workflows.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a demanding environment.
* Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools to create detailed dashboards and reports on vulnerability management metrics.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
* 4 to 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on vulnerability management and Security Posture management.
