The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for an experienced Analyst based in either London, Dublin, or Frankfurt. In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team responsible for tracking and analyzing the operational, financial, and contractual performance of our expanding portfolio in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Analysts work closely with lessors/vendors and internal partner teams to ensure accuracy of our portfolio data points in order to mitigate risks and support portfolio optimization.
Key job responsibilities
1. Review, audit, and process rent in line with internal Spend & Transaction Policies and contractual terms to ensure landlord/vendor adherence.
2. Responsible for creating and managing weekly, monthly, or quarterly vendor and partner reviews.
3. Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams.
4. Onboarding and tracking of payment setup for all new landlords/vendors.
5. Interpret complex commercial contract language related to contractual obligations, SLAs, rent, tax, insurance, and maintenance clauses.
6. Review of contract-related documentation and abstraction of critical information.

* Are detail-oriented.
* Work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* BS/BA degree in Accounting, Legal, Finance, or related experience as a Lease Analyst.
* Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in contract management or lease administration.
* Experience in office, industrial, commercial, and/or data center real estate.
* Experience managing large projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Five or more years of experience in commercial real estate or lease administration.
* Experience with large, global real estate portfolios.
* Experience and competence utilizing commercial real estate software platforms.
* Experience with Tango and/or Oracle and/or current accounting standards (GAAP).
