Gibson & Associates LLP – Administrator Assistant/Receptionist
Gibson & Associates LLP is seeking to hire a full-time office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team based in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role includes a blend of administrative and reception duties to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Management
* Point of contact for clients, visitors, new hires, contractors, and delivery personnel.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
* Set out meeting rooms in advance of meetings when required.
* Organise catering for meetings as required, supporting site visits.
* Coordinate travel requirements as needed.
Administrative Support
* Managing and disseminating general office ‘info@’ emails.
* Administrative support to legal teams, preparing booklets/documents (scanning, printing, and binding).
* Backup for some Office Clerk duties as required.
* Administrative support to the Operational Team as required.
* Assist with the organisation of office events.
Education/Experience
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience operating as an administrator/receptionist in a professional environment.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional manner and positive attitude, with a commitment to client service.
Other Requirements
* Punctual, reliable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
