Position Summary:
Mount Juliet Estate are recruiting for an experienced and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing.
We are seeking an individual who thrives on creating innovative strategies that elevate luxury brands and drive exceptional business results. As part of our leadership team, the DOSM will play a pivotal role in telling our story and sharing our rich heritage while shaping the future of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals and market positioning.
2. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and guest insights to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
4. Brand Stewardship: Uphold and enhance the hotel's brand image across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.
5. Partnerships and Networking: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and media outlets.
6. Revenue Growth: Drive business across multiple segments, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and F&B, to maximize profitability.
7. Digital Innovation: Leverage digital marketing tools, social media, and emerging technologies to enhance visibility and guest engagement.
Ideal Candidate
1. Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or a similar leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting.
2. Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving brand growth.
3. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
4. Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and CRM systems.
6. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
8. Marriott or Brand experience is a distinct advantage.
