Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead our housekeeping function at the 4-star Killarney Avenue Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest quality rooms standard by monitoring the standard of work and delegating tasks to accommodation assistants.
* Support the housekeeping team, including people management and communication.
* Liaise with the Maintenance department to maintain hotel standards.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory or management level.
* People leadership and management experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Fluent in English language.
