Senior HR Officer
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to support our growing team.
The Role
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and business objectives.
* Support organisational design and workforce planning to enhance team effectiveness and talent growth.
* Collaborate with key HR functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development to support business needs.
* Handle complex employee relations cases, including performance and conduct matters, ensuring fair and effective resolution.
* Manage key HR programs such as performance appraisals, salary benchmarking, and bonus structures.
Ideal Candidate
* At least 4+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communicator with a people-first approach, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive problem solver, capable of working autonomously and taking initiative to drive HR solutions.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Technically proficient in HR tools and software, with strong skills in Excel and Power Point.
* Adaptable to various HR systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration into company processes.
