Equine Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy for the Equine division, working closely with the Group Marketing Manager. Your main responsibilities will include managing and enhancing brand presence, implementing marketing campaigns, and supporting product development initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the brand maintains its leadership position in Ireland and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Promotion & Growth:
o Promote, drive, and maintain the brand and product ranges in Ireland and internationally.
o Develop strategies to sustain and grow market leadership positions.
o Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including online, offline, and social media.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
o Assist with planning and implementing targeted brand campaigns for both domestic and international trade and retail partners.
o Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on marketing project timelines and goals.
3. Website Optimization:
o Optimize the company’s website to improve user experience and engagement.
o Collaborate with the digital team to implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies, ensuring high rankings on search engines.
o Manage website content updates, ensuring accurate product information and branding.
o Analyse website traffic data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
4. Digital & Social Media Management:
o Assist in the creation and management of social media content, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
o Plan and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and enhance brand visibility across platforms.
o Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization.
5. Promotional Collateral:
o Design and develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online assets, to establish and maintain product branding.
o Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
6. Market Research & Insights:
o Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and gaps.
o Provide insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and segmentation profiles to help refine marketing strategies.
o Monitor customer feedback and market responses to assess the impact of marketing activities.
7. Product Development & Launches:
o Collaborate with the product development team to support new product launches.
o Provide input on product pricing strategies, market positioning, and packaging.
o Assist in coordinating launch activities to ensure successful rollouts in various markets.
