Description
As we continue to experience explosive growth, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established and successful company, operating in a rapidly growing market.
In this role, you will work within a busy support area in Codec to deliver a high quality of support service to our customers. You will develop applications and resolutions to support issues and change requests based on Microsoft platforms. There is a strong focus on productivity and resolving issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, managing and resolving complex user queries, technical issues, and system performance concerns.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Business Central, including data integrity, system configurations, integrations, and customisations.
* Configure, customise, and maintain Business Central modules, including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
* Assist with system upgrades, patches (Wave Updates), and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Support system integrations with third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flows between systems.
* Ensure that all service requests and incidents are tracked and managed adhering to SLA targets.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and improvements and provide feedback to Business Central implementation/development teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions for recurring issues to minimize future disruptions.
* Work closely with developers to ensure implementations are in line with transition standards.
* Assist in scoping and delivering new Change Requests.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential Experience
* At least 3 Years providing Support experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365BC latest versions.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification.
* Required knowledge in modules of Finance, Sales, Procurement, Jobs, Warehouse Management.
Desired Experience
* Continia Expense Management, Continia Document Capture.
* Jet Reports.
* Power BI.
* Knowledge of related technologies, such as Azure, Power Platform, and Office 365.
