Experienced Stores Operative Required in Kilkenny Area

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily stores operations, including deliveries when required.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
* Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and client staff.
* Monitor and manage site requests efficiently.
* Provide timely and accurate updates on stock levels and orders.
* Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle.
* Carry out site-specific requests and other ad hoc duties as needed.

Candidate Profile:
Strong background in stores operations with excellent administrative skills is required. Experience with engineering materials is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English, confident in liaising with clients and vendors.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work.

Own transport is essential due to the site's remote location, not easily accessible by public transport.
