Job Summary
This is an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Process Analyst to join our client's Transformation program, delivering a specific Body of Work in Process Efficiency and Lean ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver business process analysis with strong business change project management capability.
2. Drive process improvement initiatives in the public or financial sector.
3. Apply Lean 6 Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency.
4. Leverage process analysis techniques to elicit requirements and manage stakeholder engagement.
5. Facilitate workshops and develop strategic plans.
6. Maintain a dynamic and adaptive approach in a fast-paced environment.
7. Collaborate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
8. Evaluate solutions and provide recommendations.
Requirements
* At least seven years' experience in business process analysis with strong project management skills.
* Experience in the public or financial sector, preferably with lean 6 sigma accreditation.
* Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure.
* Able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
* Strong professional and consultative skills, with a strategic view on solution implications.
* Familiarity with formal project management processes.
