Role Overview:
On-site Representatives are responsible for promoting the company’s services remotely while providing merchants with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote company’s services through remote interactions;
* Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
* Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;
* Provide remote support and consultation for existing customers;
* Perform scheduled and self-initiated activities;
* Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration;
* Enter and maintain up-to-date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data;
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies;
* Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;
* Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;
* Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution or similar SaaS solution;
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), social networking (LinkedIn) and telephone systems;
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
* Excellent level of (the local language)* and good knowledge of English;
* Ability to work independently and under pressure;
* A positive approach to objection handling;
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Beneficial although not essential:
* Experience of selling solutions to retail or hospitality verticals.
* Bonus, capped at an additional 18 months salary per annum.
