Purchasing Manager / Insite Manager
We are currently recruiting for a key position in our clients' multinational company, located in County Limerick. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, we seek an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge and expertise in supplier management and supply chain network optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing and optimizing the supply chain to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
* Material planning and procurement
* Coordinating material, subcontract, and service purchases, as well as follow-up activities
* Administrative tasks related to purchase orders, subcontract operations, sales orders, receipting, invoicing, stock adjustments, and other relevant processes
* Liaising with suppliers and visiting their facilities as required
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
* Processing customer complaints
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing roles
* A recognized qualification in a related field
* A full clean driving license
* Experience working in engineering or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
* Excellent negotiation, IT, analytics, and organizational skills
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex financial spreadsheets and formulas
* Experience with material planning and contract management using an ERP system
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a comprehensive package, including a company car, pension, medical insurance, and bonus, with a salary range of €40,000 - €50,000.
