Cliff House Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist to join our award winning The Well by the Sea Spa.
As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience from the moment of arrival to our 5 star luxury & prestigious spa.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Reception and Assistance:
* Greet all spa guests warmly and courteously.
* Check-in guests for their appointments, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
* Provide information on spa services, treatments, and facilities.
* Appointment Scheduling:
* Manage spa bookings and schedule appointments efficiently.
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding spa inquiries and reservations.
* Confirm and remind guests of their upcoming appointments.
* Administrative Duties:
* Maintain accurate records of spa treatments, guest preferences, and sales.
* Process payments and manage vouchers.
* Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
* Facility Management:
* Ensure the spa reception area is clean, organised, and inviting.
* Monitor the inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders with the assistance of spa management when needed.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with spa therapists and other hotel team members to ensure seamless service.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new services and products.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
