We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver an in-house Sales Academy educational program for our sales teams.
Our team is a mixture of junior sales executives and experienced enterprise sales professionals.
The Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and ensuring a consistent approach to sales across the team.
For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and implement and manage training processes and materials to increase productivity.
Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
This is an office-based role.
Sales Trainer responsibilities include: Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g.
videos and case studies) Coaching junior sales reps, setting KPIs and targets and monitoring performance.
