The RoleMHC’s Non-Contentious Construction practice is focused on the development of real estate in all major construction sectors, including residential, commercial, logistics, technology, healthcare, hotel & leisure, manufacturing and life sciences and for all types of blue-chip client, including investors, developers, contractors and international and domestic funders. We advise clients on all phases of project procurement, including contract structuring and the appointment of design teams and contractors.Our development team is known for their exemplary work on the market leading transactions in terms of their high value and complexity. We offer the most comprehensive suite of legal services available to the Irish development market, advising on many of the largest development transactions undertaken in the State.
