The job in a nutshell: As a Facilities Administrator, you are required to assist in managing the facilities function at our client site. You are responsible for ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of each site are to the highest standard, and you will work closely with the facilities manager and the client, including performing ad hoc duties. Please note this role is onsite with my client based in the Dublin 2 area. Main duties include: Assist in the management of the facilities function, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Respond to soft service calls and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanour. Set up and support meeting rooms according to client requests, ensuring all necessary equipment is available. Conduct site inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents. Maintain accurate reporting through monthly timesheets and operational reports. The ideal candidate will have the following: Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Previous customer service experience with a professional approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluent in English. Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed.
