Position Title: Staff AND Senior Grade Physiotherapist

Reporting to: Senior Physiotherapist/Physiotherapy Manager
Salary: Competitive, in line with HSE pay scales
Contract: Fixed-Term contract
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

Job Description: They are seeking both Staff and Senior Physiotherapists to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat adults with a variety of physical conditions. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
2. Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions for adults with acute, chronic, and long-term conditions.
3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists.
4. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and lifestyle modifications.
5. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Senior Role Additional Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of physiotherapists and provide guidance and mentorship.
2. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
3. Manage complex cases and provide specialized expertise.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
2. CORU registration or eligibility.
3. Experience working with adults in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
For Senior Physiotherapist:
1. Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience.
2. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
3. Expertise in handling complex cases.
